You will receive 4, 60-minute coaching sessions in addition to your free introductory session. Audio recordings of our session will be shared with you along with access to resources and tools available such as the Life Balance Survey, Values Inventory, Personal Identity Worksheet and more. Your sessions are to be completed within a 6-week time frame.
